I would like to thank both of yourassociates Felix Low and Lina Halim for their help in the resale of my 3NG resale HDB flat in Bukit Merah View. They showed much professionalism in ensuring that the flat, location, price etc are to the best of my preference. He (and his spouse) was hardworking besides being very familiar with the neighborhood; both of them are very knowledgeable about the condition of my flat and offered numerous suggestions to ensure I got the best deal. One incident that struck me most was their speed in finding me a buyer and took me through the whole processes with proper documentation and submission to housing board. This was despite the buyer's property agent's Teluctance to wait for a longer completion time. They :o0ok :he trouble to inspect and explained to me the whole HDB RESALE processes if I were to proceed with the Sale. This showed their honesty and sincerity to help his clients (especially for someone like me wwho has no experience in selling a flat, all by myself and who has to rely only on his professional assistance and judgment). They had also given me and my mum very good advice on many occasions about the complicated resale procedures. I am now looking forward to move in my new BTO flat
